All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Domestic Returns
We do our absolute best to make sure you're happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy in any way, send an email to: knowboutique@yahoo.com (make sure to mention your order number, style and the nature of the problem)
To
return item(s) eligible for return, simply send the item(s) in unworn condition with tags
attached to the following address:

Make sure to include the original invoice. Without it, we will not be able to process your return.
We
must receive your return package within 15 days of your purchase date.
Returns received after 15 days will either be refused, returned for
store credit only, or subject to a 20% restocking fee on the full price
of the order. Returns received in worn condition will receive no refund
at all, or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on full price of the
order.
Refunds can only
be issued to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable,
except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us!
Domestic Exchanges
Please
give fellow customers a chance to own something they love by completing
your exchange in a timely manner! We reserve the right to refuse
exchanges that take longer than 15 days after original purchase date.
Exchange attempts after 15 days will be subject to the rules governing
late returns.

cost of shipping the item to us, but the re-shipment cost of the
exchange order is free.
International Returns

original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded.
Refunds
are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and can only
be issued to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable,
except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

International Exchanges
To complete your International Exchange, please follow the above instructions for Domestic Exchanges.
Please Note:
Our inventory turns over rapidly, and we cannot hold items for
international exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we
suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before
returning your original purchase. Once we receive your return, we will
process a refund for the cost of the returned item. Unfortunately, we
cannot cover shipping costs for international exchanges except in cases
where we have made an error.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Know Boutique product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Know Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Know Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Know Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Know Boutique without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Impersonation of others, including a Know Boutique or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
